DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY
Please consider carefully if your problem is urgent and cannot wait as we are entering an unprecedented period of demand on the whole NHS.
The following actions have been implemented by the North Hampshire Primary Care Team:
- This surgery is now operating on a triage only system.
- The Clinician will contact you remotely by phone or by video consult. They will advise you if and where you need to be seen.
- You will no longer be able to pick up prescriptions from the Surgery. All prescriptions will be sent to a nominated chemist of your choice. Please sign up for Online Services or speak to your pharmacist.

- Anyone with a continuous cough OR fever (>37.8 must self-isolate) for 7 days (This includes children)
- Anyone with these symptoms that is WELL can self-isolate
- Anyone will symptoms that is UNWELL should go to 111 online for advice they must NOT go to the GP. 111 will assess and advise.

Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.
We hope you enjoy having a look around the site and familiarising yourself with some of the online features such as ordering a repeat prescription. Whatever your thoughts, be sure to let us know via our feedback function. Comments and suggestions are always a great way of helping us continue to enhance the way we look after you.
The surgery has a slope from the front car park and automatic opening front doors to help you. There are disabled toilets in the waiting area. All the consulting rooms are on the ground floor but should you need to access upstairs for any reason a lift is provided.
If you have any problems with sight, hearing or mobility please let a receptionist know and they will arrange for you to receive the help that you need. We do have an induction loop available for the use of those who are hard of hearing.
