Help and Advice for Carers

All of us will care for someone in our lifetime. Recognising you are a carer is the first step towards finding help and support.

133,000 people are carers in Hampshire. Carers can support a range of people including their parent, partner, child, grandparent, friend or neighbour. Without that help the person they support could not cope or live independently.
