Digital and Facilities ManagerMatthew looks after the day to running of the IT for the Practice as well as strategic planning for digital transformation within the Practice. Matthew is also responsible for the building management and services.

Data AdministratorPatient Co-Ordinators
Patient Co-Ordinators provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Patient Co-Ordinators make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits. The team comprises; Amanda, Sam, Charlotte L, Kim, Selena, Emily, Charlotte M, Sue, Hannah and Claire.
Secretaries
Our secretarial team work very closely together and manage the administration of all referral and patient letters. If you have any queries they can be contacted via the reception team.
