Chawton Park Surgery is excited to announce that we are recruiting for A Salaried GP to strengthen our team and continue delivering excellent patient care:
1 x SALARIED GP POST
6-8 sessions per week
Flexibility around working days
We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking GP to join our Practice team.

- GMS, 11400 and gently growing
- High Qof performers
- Use EMIS web and DOCMAN.
- Workflow optimisation in place, so reduced Docman requirements
- X-ray and Community hospital next door
- Part of the A31 Group of Practice Primary Care Network
o Very lucky to have a wonderful PCN team which include Pro-Active team and
Care Co-Ordinator, First Contact Physiotherapy triage team, MIND mental
health support workers (Adult and child) and a General Practitioner Assistant
teams.
